Apprentice Recruitment

BCT recruit apprentices annually, offering a variety of courses varying from Level 3 to degree apprenticeships. Previous apprenticeships advertised have been in Administration, Transport Planning and Civil Engineering. All our apprenticeship roles are advertised via WMJobs.co.uk, search for ‘Black Country Transport’.

Graduate Recruitment

BCT participates in Impact: The Local Government Graduate Scheme. We recruit to this scheme annually. The recruitment is run by the LGA, with BCT being involved at interview stage.  The process starts in autumn each year.  More information on the scheme can be found on the Local Government Association Scheme (LGA) website.
