Any projects developed by Black Country Transport officers will be approved using the governance structure of the local authorities that they are working on behalf of, or in collaboration with. For example, if Black Country Transport develops a project within the Walsall Borough, it will be approved using Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council’s governance procedures.
